Our development portfolio consists of two modules real estate - residential development and solar energy production plant development. Development operations are capital-intensive but if programmed in a certain way they give depth and stability in the company’s growth. Besides that, through our development activities, we try to reach a sustainable growth with respect and acknowledgement of our responsibility to the natural environment and society.
Green Energy production
Solar energy production plants are Novaco’s latest focused activity. Although it is a capital-intensive investment with prolonged life cycle, if combined with governmental subsidy and lowered construction cost, can easily be financed by financial institutions and give good return on investment but also and measurable size to our company too.
Real estate
Residential Development is one of Novaco's investment businesses. It is a continuous process - land acquisition, planning, product definition, marketing, construction and sales - in which the developer has full responsibility in all phases.
We believe that Green building – building with environmentally friendly materials and low energy consumption - will become a growing market in Greece and offer opportunities for diversification and expansion.
