We carefully select our employees, we train them, and we motivate them to perform their best.

Coercive power is rarely used and in extreme incidents.


Also, in the company’s external environment we play fair, in good faith, cooperative spirit, and we encourage our management team to lead in problem resolution that smoothens tensions and reconciles parties in a win-win situation.
