Our carefully selected team, team development in terms of knowledge, skills, and trust, along with the proper motivation results in high-level performance. Performance is measured and evaluated in a continuous improvement cycle, based on clear goals and evaluation standards.

Employee behavior in the workplace is measured at a regular basis in terms of achievement of daily tasks, providing recognition, coaching, and mentoring while diagnosing possible improvement areas or deficiencies. We have regular meetings, either as a project team or in one to one basis, to give feedback and guidance to achieve performance targets.

Projects are also monitored for performance at different time stages based on traditional indices such as cost and schedule but also on certain Key Performance Indicators. These KPIs are fixed (scope, quality, customer satisfaction, gross profit margin, ROI etc.) and relative to each project. The overall index of these measurements facilitates to a more reliable performance evaluation of our projects and acts as guidance for improvement areas, setting benchmarks and priority areas for the future.
