Construction is Novaco’s largest business stream.

We offer services in non - residential building and civil construction as well as residential construction. By virtue of our stakeholders’ experience and our company’s size, Novaco can undertake large, most complex assignments for the most demanding customers.

 

Operations focus on serving mainly corporate customers but also public agencies. Construction business unit also performs contracting assignments for Novaco’s development business stream.

Design

We offer our clients a complete service package in the construction planning phase. That includes managing all design and planning work with the aid of selected external partners, obtaining the necessary official approvals from the local authorities, and preparing a detailed concept for the project’s construction.

Working in an open partnership with maximum transparency among our managing team, the client, and the designing team, we identify potential

risks early and determine almost an 80 to 90 percent of the project costs during the preconstruction period.The cooperative model of our design services leads to an optimized procedure with assured budgeting, scheduling, and quality for the construction phase.

Commissioning

Commissioning is the keystone for the delivery of every high quality project.


We interact and negotiate with clients on commissioning goals and guidelines. Carefully review of technical documentation and contractual requirements to outline commissioning responsibilities and define commissioning work packages and procedures. Oversee order and procurement of the required systems paraphernalia.

We supervise commissioning field activities and coordinate involved parties to ensure that project will be delivered within specified guidelines and deadlines.

We assess and delegate resolution of issues and we produce a contingency plan for an emergency.

At a designated time post-beneficial operation we identify and record operating and maintenance difficulties and ensure feedback to the relevant functions responsible for the project for rectification considerations, and ongoing lessons learnt.
