At all project phases we are not stuck at the initial information provided in the contract, but we engage and pay special attention to expressed customer’s needs. A well-defined Scope, in a predetermined Cost, and in a specified Time frame, results in High Quality of delivered services.

Scope

We try to close the gap between client’s perception for the final outcome and what is feasible in complex, high-tech and high-end projects. The client knows what would like to have but is not aware of the technical details, limitations and constraints in time and cost. We listen to his needs, we analyze them, and we exchange information of his knowledge in the business model, the process or his personal needs, and our expertise in design and installation.


The elaboration of detailed work breakdown structure is really our expertise and allows for accurate estimation of both cost and time.

Cost

Our staff is personally and vertically involved in all construction phases i.e. concept, design, installation, and commissioning.


That along with our notable experience give us the ability to specify project cost at good precision level and make all necessary adjustments within the project’s process to ring-fence final cost at the estimated contract value.


Life-cycle costing is also our concern and our experience in operation and facility management allows us to optimize the cost of using, maintaining, and supporting the project.

Time

We set strict and realistic activities, milestones, and deliverables closely related to scope and cost target.


We put as many resources needed and adhere to the agreed time schedule, and at the same time we keep informed involved parties for the effects of time alterations on scope and cost and vice versa.


We are committed to our clients, that’s why we continuously monitor the triple constraint of scope, cost, and time to achieve full client’s satisfaction.

For Novaco, quality is not subjective or vague, but related with specific features and characteristics, and judged in relation to the degree of satisfaction of the above. We can lower quantity of inherent characteristics if that fulfills requirements, but we accept zero discount in quality. Low quality is unacceptable.


This notion of quality results in clients’ ease of mind and satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the project i.e. from planning & design stage to years after construction is completed.
